UKG Senior Software Engineer interview questions

Very bad interview process. First round was a technical discussion. The interviewer who was supposed to take my interview didn't come instead one senior developer came. He asked basic questions on core Java and previous projects. Second round with senior manager who came with just one question, if you answer properly then you are selected else rejected. He will judge on just one single question. Very bad approach to interview candidates. After this, HR recruiter asked me to leave for the day. She told me that they would evaluate other candidates and will keep me posted. I waited for one month to get proper feedback. Every time, she used to tell me that I'm not rejected but they're evaluating other candidates. What kind of evaluation is this where you have kept on hold one candidate for a month. Lastly on several follow up, she told me that they have considered other candidate. Recruiter was very unprofessional. Don't go for Kronos, Noida. They will waste your whole day. Will keep you on hold and keep evaluating other candidates in background and finally reject you.

Started with screening round (on call) followed by two technical rounds and one HR round. Whole process is very transparent and questions were asked relative to JD in the interviews.
