UKG Software Development Team Lead interview questions

One phone screening, 2 in-person interviews with 2-member panels and a final phone interview. Questions were experience-based, scenario-based and trying to understand the individual's work ethic and how it matches with the company's work culture. Interviews were comfortable and very much like a discussion with sharing of views and opinions from both sides. Didn't get an offer after all the rounds. No reason provided.
