Once i applied for the job in UPMC, I received a phone call and they called me for face to face.
I had interview with three people.One was manager and other two where Team leads. they tested how I was talking and my behavioral. they mostly was concerned about the behavioral.
Simple questions about my history and relevance for the position. Pretty smooth process. HR was communcative throughout the process. Went through 2 rounds of interviews. Then I was offered the position.

Interview
It was a 4 step interview. The interviews conducted online zoom , The interviews were straight forward and various members of the leadership team attended to ask typical interview style questions. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Very thorough interview process. The people I spoke with made me feel comfortable. I met with different levels of people within the department but wasn't asked to come back for a second interview.
