I applied online, did an online personality assessment, and was called in to interview in person with two of the managers. They were very nice and I got a positive feeling about the department.

Interview was via zoom with two people. Asked very standard questions, lots of scenarios like: how would you handle a difficult team member/customer, I knew I wasn't going to get a call back because they ended the interview praising me for trying to interview for a field I didn't currently work in and that they had other internal candidates left to interview.

The interview process was okay, in terms of the procedure, although I immediately got the feeling that the interviewer did not care for me and her negative reactions to my responses left me unable to focus

Interview
They call and email to set up in-person interviews. Satisfactory experience with staff, they are knowledgeable and can answer any questions. Nothing was left to the imagination if the communication flows.
