I came to the interview 10 minutes late because I had no idea where to park. The interview was like walking into an american idol audition. With 3 managers in different departments sitting at one end of the table and me at the other. I assumed "yea not getting this job". The first question was "Do you know what UPMC stands for?". I answered with "Yes. Its not a good place to be for a Saturday night after party". They all laughed. I answered every question on how I really would deal with certain functions or situations without sugar coating it. The day after Christmas, I got a call and told I was the top candidate, how much my salary will be, benefits and where the orientation would be at. Nice Christms present. The entire process took 2 weeks from applying online to being hired.
