I applied online. I interviewed at UPMC in Dec 2020
Interview
It was very brief and through Microsoft teams. My camera was on but theirs wasn't. It consisted of the unit director describing the unit and job. She asked a few questions about where I had clinical experiences in school then she asked multiple situational questions.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had a difficult encounter with a coworker?
Friendly! The interviewers strive to make the experience comfortable while obtaining relevant information and explaining the job requirements. They want to make sure the company is a good fit for you and that you are a good fit for the area you will work in.
It was a standard interview with all the expected questions as well as a few fun curveballs that were not taken too seriously. I was given the option to shadow and tour the unit afterward.
