3 panel of people interviewing-they were administrators not peers . very basic questions. Asked about situations, experience, coping with stress .not memorable- as just the average interview ans they want to see how you present yourself.

Applied online and had an initial interview on Microsoft Teams with upper level staff. Then had a second interview with a panel of social workers later that week. Second interview was a little bit more laid back and there were more opportunities to ask questions about the position.
