There were about 12 people that were scheduled for an interview. We were told about all the job and they seemed to emphasize all the tough parts like the hours and weather. They said that the post office comes first. We then we're called one by one to interview but it was not really an interview because the interviewer just told me about the job and that people with the higuest scores are chosen.

There is no interview process. You just get selected, and have to pass a process for your background and fingerprints. After that you do a shadow day, to decided if thats a job you want to do.

There is not an interview for this position. Just apply online, pass the background screening and receive your start date. Best time to apply is for the holiday season. I was hired on for the holiday season and received a call back in less than a month after the season ended to return back for a 360 position.
