The hiring is based on your score on exam 473, I recommend going to your local library and reading up on the study guides. Once they call you in, its basic questions..

Tell me what you know about the USPS

There wasn't any difficult ones, however if you're the kind of person who dislikes talking about themselves, be prepared for this question.
Very easy interview. Group interview style simple questions. About three questions. Long process if hired in holiday season. Make sure to bring in your resume so they have something to reference to when asking questions

No interview, just online test. Asked most of my coworkers if they had to give an interview and they said no.just make sure you do good on the test when you fill out the application
Hard work great pay, long hours without notice. Loads are super heavy very long hours unprofessional supervisors. People steal at this job have to be very careful with your belongings. They will not rewind the cameras they know the facility is full of thieves they even steal from customers
