USAA Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

Interview process consisted of filling out a profile, submitting resume, assessment, phone interview, then manager interview. Working with the recruiter has been the best experience by far, and they are helpful with any questions or concerns you have. The process took about a month and they get back to you quick if you get hired. They ask ALOT of scenario based questions and go in their with with a few examples of time you stood out at your job and really helped someone out and provided great customer.

I applied and received a call about a week later. The call took a little over an hour and they asked me in detail about my previous employment and how my experience related to a customer service position. They asked about how flexible my schedule was and if I was available on weekends.
