1. Online Assessment with three easy-medium dsa style/hackerrankish questions.
2. 30 min phone screen with recruiter. Going over the details of the program, your background, why you would want to work at USAA, etc.
3. Final round with a manager and a SWE. Couple behavioral questions followed by a dsa question.

Question 1
I was surprised at how easy the DSA portion of the final round was. It was a sliding window / string type question.
technical and behavorial. very simple leetcode easy question could be done in 5 lines. behavorial was very standard and simple questions as well. was supposed to be 3 people but only 1 showed up.
They sent me a coding assessment. Pretty simple questions and allowed you to choose a language to answer them in. Did not hear back from them afterwards but applied late in the process
