Interview
Applied online then received an email to set up phone interview for the following week. The phone interview was about 25 minutes. Recruiter was very nice, asked a few questions about if i was ever enrolled in army, or spouse. Next she went over the job responsibilities, hours and pay. After the phone interview she set me up for a manager interview for two days later and sent me drug and background screening information, which you have to do within 72 hours of receiving the email.

Easy and super fast, it took me 2 weeks total from applying until getting an offer. Phone screen interview, and then in person with hiring manager. In person took about 30 minutes
After filling out the initial application I was invited to take an online skills assessment which included timed portions and was fairly lengthy. There was also a brief phone screening, and then an in person interview with the manager.
Very specific questions. Be really prepared to come up with a story on the spot. Nothing to do with the job description. They want you to sound like a robot.
