I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at USAA (Phoenix, AZ) in Mar 2012
Interview
It was a long process, online assessment then in person interview. There was a background check because you are dealing with peoples finances. It seem a bit long between times there was followup.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time you had a conflict with another employee and how did you handle it?
The interview process is relatively straightforward. For any contact center role, they take into account any customer-facing positions you’ve had in the past and prioritize your most recent experience. Having at least some knowledge of the military community helps as USAA remains loyal to its member base, which is composed mostly of those who were in the military or have had family that served.
