Interview
USAA is a wonderful company who understands serving those who serve. Management is top heavy, as in most large organizations. Most people, once hired, stay throughout their career. There are many different lines of business, so if you are one who likes to have new challenges every few years, the opportunities are many. If you are not local, it is appropriate to request an initial phone interview.
