As expected. I had an initial screening interview with the Director. Later, I spoke with several team members and the AVP of the Department. Each meeting was 30 minutes. Some were technical and others were more informative and information gathering.
I was a little disappointed by the process. The communication could have been better, and I asked for feedback and did not receive any. I feel like my interview experience was poor in this instance.

Initial phone call to gauge your personality followed up by a more technical call to see how well you understand coding and analysis. They definitely prefer more technically skilled candidates so make sure you’re current with your abilities and knowledge.

I met with the team in a getting to know you capacity. There were some light technical questions. Then I met with the hiring manager and was asked about myself and also how I would handle a job specific type problem.
