Interview
First was a phone interview based off the popular STAR method. It also included a very detailed description of the position. The interviewer asked three questions based off this method and asked for specific responses. She was also very helpful i answering all the questions I had about the position

A time when I was dealing with a disgruntled customer and resolved an issue.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at USAA (Phoenix, AZ) in Nov 2016
Interview
Phone screen then in person interview.
In person interview was with 2 hiring managers. 1 physically there and the other was present by phone. The in person interviewer seemed like he had done a million of these and rattled off STAR question after STAR question.
I was contacted by HR 2 days later with an offer. After accepting the offer I then declined during the background check because I was offered a better position for me at another company.

Interview
Initial application filled out. Called by HR. Arranged phone interview with HR. Three days later offered to interview with department managers. One week later offered the position. Took drug test and went thru background which took about 25 days to complete. Final offer verbally and in writing. Offer accepted.
