The questions were easy and fairly straight forward. They were mostly behavioral questions with one puzzle question. I was contacted within the week to go to the USAA office in San Antonio for second round interviews.
PHone call, then many questions about resume, then a formal team interview. Environment was professional with each person having a copy of my resume and background. Good questions, lots of focus on how I would solve a problem.
