Situational questions are difficult so be prepared to answer based on life experiences. Think of a time when, and this is what I did. Challenging experience, when you made a difference to a policy or procedure and what was the outcome.

Tell me about a time that you had a very difficult customer, what happened, how did you handle it. What could you have done differently.
Easy and super fast, it took me 2 weeks total from applying until getting an offer. Phone screen interview, and then in person with hiring manager. In person took about 30 minutes
After filling out the initial application I was invited to take an online skills assessment which included timed portions and was fairly lengthy. There was also a brief phone screening, and then an in person interview with the manager.
Very specific questions. Be really prepared to come up with a story on the spot. Nothing to do with the job description. They want you to sound like a robot.
