3 stage, tele interviews. You need to pass one to move to the other. They ask a lot of deep questions you don’t expect that relate to your personal core values.

Most questions were about customer service, but the delve into honesty and integrity, as well as your feelings on military roles.
Recruiter contact by e-mail followed by extensive and detailed on-line timed skills testing. Bilingual language proficiency required for this particular job posting. Prior contact center experience preferred. Remote process due to Covid-19.
