Virtual video interview of 1 hour, however, ended within 40 minutes. Two recruiters one for PNC and one for Life and Health. PNC side is obviously more structured. Overall a good experience

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at USAA (San Antonio, TX) in Oct 2008
Interview
After talking to USAA at my school's career fair, I received a call requesting an on-site interview. The interview consisted of talking to the lead p&c and life actuaries with a lunch in between. Each person asked the typical interview questions. Later that night I got another call informing me I was going to be offered the internship.

There really weren't any hard questions asked. It seemed that the interviewer was more interested in my personality and whether I would fit in with the group.
