USAA Life/Health Representative interview questions

I was selected to do an online assessment after submitting my application. I was the contacted by email to do a phone interview. I was given additional job details and position requirements. I was then asked some behavioral interview questions. After the phone interview I was asked to do an in person interview. About a week or so later I was offered the job pending the background check clears. The process was clear cut, but it isn't always. I've interviewed with them two other times with mixed results and experiences before getting an offer. Persistence can be key. Try and try again if you really want to work for this company.
