USI Insurance Services interview questions

I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter, the recruiter then setup a phone interview with the hiring manager. During our interview, the hiring manager told me I would be contacted again by the recruiter to meet in person with the producer and lead business partner. The recruiter provided the details of the in person interview, however the day and position were contradicting, I reached out to the recruiter for clarification immediately (several days prior to my interview), the recruiter did not respond to me until the night before the interview. I went to the in person interview and ended up meeting with two producers and the lead business partner, which really wasn't a huge deal. However, I felt more like it was a drill session verses a conversation, but again no huge deal because I am very familiar with the position and the industry. After the interview, I followed up with the recruiter as she requested. She then told me, She would get feedback and get back with me. I requested that she please follow up with me, even if they decided to go in a direct direction however, I never heard from her again, this has been almost three weeks ago. I followed up with her several times and still no return response. The Interview process was not that difficult, but I am a little disappointed in the lack of professionalism on the company's part.

I felt they were very thorough in explaining their culture and what the expectation is for the position. I expected it to be more formal and tense. However, I felt the environment was more relaxed and easy going than I had expected .
