Interview
I went in and did a few computer tests. One was one of the ones that asks you different questions and then to rate your answer on a scale like very likely to not at all likely. There was also a pre recorded fake customer conversation and you had to listen and it asked you a question and you had to choose an answer to see if you were listening. The physical interview was asking situational questions.

I had a phone interview was told a manager from the store would contact me for a second interview and nobody did. Told me to reach out if they didn’t. Very unprofessional
