Uncommon Goods Temporary Merchandise Assistant interview questions

My interview literally lasted only 13 minutes. The person conducting the interview only asked me one question, which was “tell me about yourself?” I literally studied two weeks for this interview and was well prepared. I wasn’t asked about my strength or my weakness, or any STAR questions. This was the worst interview ever, I was under the impression that the person conducting the interview already knew they weren’t interested in me way before the interview even started. After she tried to end the interview so early, I proceeded to ask her many questions about the position, and uncommon good because I couldn’t believe she wanted to dismiss me that fast. Note to uncommon good: Even if you’re not interested in hiring someone, please give them the opportunity to go through a professional and well mannered interview process.It’s the least you can do. I understand that you already had the spot filled before interviewing me . There should be no reason that I felt that way. You could of at least let me practice my interviewing skills. Something I wish the company would have done differently was conducted a full interview. Another thing I wished the company would have done differently is explain to the person that did not get the position exactly why they did not get the position. Uncommon goods should give the person a personal response on why they did not get the position not a general automated response. (
