I applied online. Received an email asking if I'd like to interview, we scheduled a time and had the phone call then. I was told when I would hear back and received another phone call at that time with an offer.

The interview consisted of me filling out an online application. I was then reached out to by the company and asked to do a video interview with pre-recorded questions.

They reached out via email to set up an interview using Hirevue, the processs was a bit awkward talking to your computer with pre-recorded questions but it wasn't too difficult. Most of the questions were behavioral. Still waiting to hear back.

Interview
First there was an online application which led to a hire-vue video questionnaire . Depending on if you passed the screening process on hirevue, you will be asked to setup an online skype interview with the managers of the department you applied for.
