It was a very long process, and extremely disorganized. I was brought to Baltimore from out of town, and was provided an itinerary. I felt very prepared until I arrived and was given a different itinerary, one which included people who didn't realize they were scheduled to interview me. One person didn't show up. The recruiter I worked with was Mia and I was greeted by someone completely different.
