After submitting your application you will get an email to interview online and it is awkward talking to yourself at first but after the practice questions you warm up to it.

Interview
The first step was to complete the online application. After that Under Armour sent the email with an online introductory interview link via email. The link guided you to a website called Hirevue and you can record your interview via video.
