I met with the Hiring Manager in a relaxed setting (outside the store) and the interview was more of a conversation than a series of questions. We discussed the way the store runs and the values they hold within the store community. The manager was pleased that I asked about management goals since that is what my job is to ultimately impact. We discussed how product knowledge is important as the UA brand is built on the materials used in their products. After an in-person interview, I received an email saying I was offered the job later that day. I had to fill out paperwork online and then some more information in-store.
