I applied online. After about 2 months when the application closed, I was selected to continue to the next round of interviews. The next round was a phone interview. A webcam interview was then to follow.

It was very long. A lot of waiting to hear back after online interview. After about 1-2 months post interview they emailed me telling me I did not get the internship.
