Interview
First step was a resume drop and then you are contacted to do a HireVue interview which was mostly behavioral and fit type of questions. You should really try to nail down on why you are interested in working an internship in the sport industry and not just any other industry.
HireVue - a video interview where the questions are pre-recorded & then you answer shortly after. You have about 5 questions you go through before the interview is over

Interview
It was very long. A lot of waiting to hear back after online interview. After about 1-2 months post interview they emailed me telling me I did not get the internship.

Online application. Web interview, around 6 question, last around 45 minutes. Most of them are common behavior question. Overall it was a great experience. It's been a while but I did not receive any response yet.
