The online interview process was extremely awkward because it was through HireVue and you have only one opportunity to answer each question. I did not feel like I could not adequately express my experience and interest because it is nothing like actually interacting with someone from the firm.

Sent in an application through Handshake. Received interview opportunity couple weeks later. Set up a zoom meeting with one of the members of the design team which lasted about 30 minutes.
Interview was conducted over video with an automated video message for each question. There was a set amount of time to complete each question asked. Questions were general interview questions.
