Interview
After applying I was contacted to do a recorded online interview for the first round. They use a program to make it seem more like a real in person interview, a recording will ask a question, then you get 4 minutes to answer. Originally I was informed it would take less than a month to get back to me, however they recently stated it would take until April to confirm all of the second round interviews.

Straight forward and a very nice hiring manager. Really appreciate that they don't have too many interview rounds to go through. The first interview was with HR and then the second interview was with the team manager.

You need to complete online video recorded screening if you are pushed to the interview rounds. It can seem intimidating going in but it isn’t too hard, just relax and pretend you’re talking on zoom.
