The Under Armour Internship hiring process was lengthy and had several steps. They do a good job explaining each step and there were no big surprises. The Hireview interview was one of the final interviews and was the most intimidating. It's essentially facetiming with yourself answering prompted questions. They understand this is the first time many of the applicants have done an interview of this type and are overall pretty forgiving about minor mistakes. If you make it past the hireview, you get a skype interview with an employee that will most likely either be on your team or your manger. This has been a laid back interview- I felt it was more to see if you would fit into the team than to see if you're qualified. After that, a member of the internship recruiting team calls you and offers you a position. It's not offered during the skype interview with the managers. The biggest grievance I had about the internship hiring process was the fact that it took forever- I submitted my original application in November and didn't get my offer until March. It's also impossible to check on the status of your application. No news is good news, but this can be challenging especially if you're looking at other internship opportunities.
