Interview
(Level 1) Step 1: Uploading and encoding personal details, contact details, educational background with the help of LinkedIn with Unilever's career website.
(Level 2) Step 2: Get an invitation to play online 12 mini games through pymetrics that determines your personal traits.
(Level 3) Step 3: Invitation for a virtual interview using the app HireVue. You have 3 attempts to record your answer for the 4 business questions. After waiting for a couple of hours, I received feedback on how I did with the interview. It just said "Congratulations for completing Level 3." Not an invitation to go to level 4 so I think this was the end of the line for me.

It conducted in English first then switch to Cantonese. They asked more about your past experience rather than your knowledge toward the company. They would like to hear more from your past experience like multi-tasking etc.
