I applied through college or university. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Unilever
Interview
I dropped my resume at my university career fair. I was contacted fairly quickly to set up an interview.
When I arrived, I had fill out a form with my basic information as well as location preference. I was interviewed by one person. For interns, this is the only interview you will have before being notified. You will be notified whether you are offered or not.
The interview was simple, only 5 behavioral type questions with a Q/A at the end. It was short, sweet but very efficient. Overall a great experience.

Question 1
The questions were very simple. I think the hardest was, "tell me about a time you had to step up because someone else was lacking."
One round online interview. Theoretical and scenario-based ML questions were asked. The interviewer was very friendly and comfortable. Projects were also asked to explain. Nice experience. There was no coding round.
The process included an online application, followed by aptitude and personality assessments. Shortlisted candidates were invited for interviews, which focused on behavioral and situational questions. The final stage involved a panel interview or assessment center. The process was structured and focused on evaluating both skills and cultural fit.
Received an online assessment offer. No response afterwards for 6 days. Status is just application received. Assessment consisted of verbal, numerical and behavioral questions. They provided a feedback on what you can improve on but other than that no response so far so I just want to know other people’s experiences!
