Interview
The interview process was set up in levels. The 1st, submitting an application, 2nd, a profile assessment via a series of online games, and 3rd, a digital interview. There is an inexplicable amount of time between levels and no clarity on status between the levels.

The games included some basic computation problems, but then also some timing sequences. It was a bit ridiculous overall.

Online application inclusive of answering 5 behavioural questions before being called up for phone interview followed by a final assessment a week later that requires you to come down to the company.
