Interview
It was a digital interview, and to be honest if it is your first interview based on the scenario questions, you feel the pressure a little bit after the first two questions.
I applied via the company website on Workday. I had a screening phone call and then an interview with the hiring manager. The process was clearly explained, and then straightforward and quick.
I answered questions and did puzzles through an automated system that they explained was apart of their interview process to get to know me, my work style, my personality, etc. The puzzles weren’t hard and it gave me results at the end that also helped me learn about myself which was helpful.
