After applying online for 2 days, I got a call to arrange an interview on Skype (Initial Interview). After the Initial Interview, I haven't received any news. The whole process in Vietnam takes 3 months from mid-April to July.

Question 1
Still at Initial Interview and waiting for the result. Questions about myself, my personality, my leadership skill and awareness about Unilever and HR function.
After submitting CV had to do 12 games as part of a pymetric test. I already had data from doing them previously so I just used that and was moved to the next stage of digital interviews. There was four questions, 3 that were shorter, scenario based questions (2 mins to prepare, 3 mins to talk each) and one longer case study type question (10 mins to prepare, 5 mins to answer). Writing right after finishing the digital interview so not sure if gonna proceed to next stage or not.

You're about to miss a deadline because strong personalities in a project can't seem to agree with each other, how do you deal with the situation?
New sales director who previously hasn't had much interaction with HR in previous company, have to make presentation about HR to sales team, what to include?
Case study about an acquisition where internal resilience was a concern. Had to answer questions on how to solve that issue.
