      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Unilever (Nairobi) in Apr 2015

      Interview

Divided into several stages, passed the online assessment. Was invited to the on site one on one interview. The interviewer was very friendly asking mainly behavioral based interview questions. The session lasted about 45 minutes, waiting to get feedback on progress. The next stage would be an assessment center and finally a panel interview. The process takes quite long between first applying and the final offer

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

The test begins with game letting you predict the next pictures, map the number in sequences, arrange time table for 6 people in order to hold a meeting such as A is busy in the morning, B would must have meeting after C, there is one person between D and F. E must leave the office before noon. Who should have meeting first, second,.. in sequences. Maths' question is about calculate percent and portion of male and female workers in the firm according to the provided information and answer in the pie/ bar chart > identify the exact percent of male and female worker. For example, there are 3 departments and in department 1 the number of male worker is 2 percent less than the female. In department 2 there are 400 female worker and this number accounts for 40% of all females and the number of workers in this department is 600. ... Then you have to tell them the exact number/ percent of male and female workers in 3 departments. > I would say it's basic Maths but be careful with the number since the answer can be 43 : 47 for example so you must be good at using the calculator.
