I interviewed at Unilever in June and it was a mess. Both interviewers weren't sure what team/division I applied to and asked me to clarify.
The HR rep completely ignored my follow up on next steps and feedback so I had to reach out a full month later to close the loop on the interview process.

Behavioral questions. Recruiter was very non-responsive after the initial call. Required a ton of following up to get any form of communication from her. The hiring manager seemed very interested and engaging on the call, however was ultimately ghosted.

Reviewer was initially responsive and the interview went well but then went on vacation and didn’t reply to my follow-up emails for weeks until they said the role was filled while they were away. Felt like they never advocated for me.

Interview
Easy going and the interviewer was very nice. Simple questions and walked through the descriptions of the role. Overall I thought it was good. Ask follow up questions. I don’t know what else to say.
