First interview was in person with members of the department and an HR Generalist. Basic and behavioral interview questions. Second interview was with the department manager and the department head. Everyone was very friendly. It was a good experience.

Interview
The company makes you take a 4-hr test before you can have a 1:1 interview. The test consists of an IQ portion, and a personality portion. Once the test is complete you have a 1:1 interview the following day. The interview is a standard behavioral interview.
