Interview
Two interviews, one phone and one in person. In person had three managers. Relatively quick process as an internal employee. The interview had a list of questions that did not all pertain to the position, but rather made you think about processes.
It can take months to get hired. Many people never hear back from the company after their application, and the screening is rigorous, including a background and drug screening. They favor younger college graduates over a seasoned employment history.

Interview
2 interviews. One on campus and the other at hq. Questions were behavioral based. No technical questions at all. I was called the day after my second interview with an offer but most people report waiting 2-4 weeks.
