Simple process with 4-5 rounds of interview. The first round is a "discovery call" focused on knowing the candidate (something new, I liked this concept) the panel explains the JD as well as how the day to day work will be. In second round the questions are all related to the previous role you were in (technical and non technical). Your background and domain knowledge shall be a plus point here. Third round - case study+PPT. Final round is with the VP, this is similar to second round. Finally a discussion with HR . The team has well defined and comprehensive process, feedback is given in a day or two after each round. They do a great job in making sure that candidate is comfortable and has the right information about each round
