Very difficult to get the initial interview scheduled. They called and left a message. You had to call and leave them a message in return. If you didn't answer when they called back, they would not try again. It ended up causing an unnecessary several days long "phone tag" game. They will only do in-person interviews, which is very challenging if you're trying to relocate. The interview process is very structured. You check-in at human resources, are taken to a cubicle with a representative who will ask you a series of questions based on the position you are applying for. Most of the questions are fairly standard and ask you to describe a type of situation in the past and how you handled it. They will then cover the job description with you to ensure that you understand and agree to it. If you are offered a position, they will discuss what area you would like to work and then place you at a venue. You then meet with another representative who will go over how the orientation process will work, sign some paperwork and schedule your orientation days. Before leaving, you will have your fingerprints taken electronically and your photo for your employee ID will also be taken. You will leave with all the information you need for your first day of orientation.

Hired from within based on merit and time in the interviewing corps. The subject of promotion must be brought up with management or they will not consider you. There are brief interviews detailing your accomplishments. They want to hear how you've grown and are ready to tackle leadership challenges. Be sure to reiterate strict adherence to methodology, as they're looking for leads who follow their way (and no way else).
