I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at University Federal Credit Union (Austin, TX) in Sep 2017
Interview
Applied online then 1 week later received a call to set up a phone interview and was set up for the following day Friday. Then 3 hours later received another call stating a conflict came up and had to push back the phone interview to the following week Tuesday. Tuesday came phone interview was late. I was asked questions that I've never been asked and I felt recruiter didn't care about my work experience only asked if I worked at this company or this company. Then the next day received an email saying "we have decided to pursue other candidates whose background and experience are more closely aligned" I felt like my time was wasted.

Interview
Process took about four weeks total. I went online to apply. After a week of not hearing from HR or the branch manager, I went in to ask for an interview. Branch manager was not in the building, but staff was nice enough to leave my information with the manager. I finally received an a phone interview, which was really positive and resulted in a face to face interview with both the regional and branch manager at the same time. The face to face went well, but did not result in an offer. They asked about my peer relationships and customer selling experience. When I received the phone call about not getting the offer, the manager was very encouraging to keep searching within the company. I was told an internal candidate was given the offer and was just an easier fit at their time with my complete lack of banking experience. Overall was positive, so I was clearly sadden by not receiving an offer.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at University Federal Credit Union (Austin, TX) in Aug 2010
Interview
3 interviews, 3 weeks to a month apart. They covered all of the standard questions for employment, including history, motivation, and goals. They also ask questions I have never been asked before, courting me while keeping close attention to my poise, voice inflection, and responses.
Every interview consisted of two people, usually branch managers and another person. The attention to detail was fantastic.

Question 1
I could not say off of the top of my head. Every interview was different and I recommend being prepared by speaking to a branch manager prior to applying.
