Received an invitation to do a digital video interview soon after I submitted my application. It was a little awkward, but efficient. You are given 15 seconds to review each question, with about 2-3 minutes to respond and no opportunity to re-record (though you can have several practice questions and can watch your own response.)
Was called-in for an in-person interview a few days later. The team was welcoming and professional- I interviewed with four people (at the same time). The interview included a review of a 'homework' assignment I had received a few days earlier. It was a challenging assignment but effective at showing me some of the duties involved and showing the hiring team my ability to do the expected work.
The interview lasted about an hour, and was very positive and relaxed. I got the impression that the interviewers were sincere, talented, and wanting me to succeed, not wanting to 'weed me out.' I left feeling that working at the position would likely be a positive experience.
In the end, I received an offer, but turned-it down as the position would have involved a lengthy commute and another position closer to home with a closer skill-set match became available. Overall, the interview experience was very positive and the decision to pass on the offer was hard to make.
