Interview
Everything moved along quickly and exactly as explained. They provide a wealth of materials to help you ace your demo lessons. The speed at which you move through the process also depends on your schedule and when you can do your interviews and demo lessons. Most teachers have to do two practicum lessons but I was only asked to do one and then started booking students almost immediately.
Got hired as a British speaking then cancelled as not from America which I disclosed at the first interview which I think was silly and unprofessional at the time it was during covid when this happpened.
Very lenghthy interview process, but the interviewers were nice and helpful. There were several steps to the process and it was pretty involved. I had to prepare a lesson beforehand
It was easy an straightforward. 1 interview and 2 mock classes to pass. They offer a contract for a year with option to renew after 1st contract is over. Overall the process last for about 2 weeks from the time you apply unless you are waitlisted.
