A recruiter reached out about the client advisor role and scheduled a screening followed by 4 rounds of interviews and a video mock presentation. When I expressed my love for a particular skill, I was immediately told of another role that was also open. I decided to focus mostly on the opening for an Implementation Manager. In the end, I was informed that they went with a “stronger” candidate.
My only complaints are: 1)How time consuming their interview process can be. 2) How general the feedback is.
After such a time consuming process, I expected a more detailed feedback especially when there were 2 roles available. If you really want to work for the company, invest the time. If not, you will find that it’s a time sucker so manage your expectations from the very onset.
