I was approached by their recruiter via LinkedIn. I was interested in learning more about the position and company, so we agreed on the call.
Our call lasted approximately 20 min and I had a strong feeling in the middle of it that the recruiter lost interest.
She started her call with asking me questions rather than telling me more about the company and role. I answered all of the standard questions like 'What is your role? What is your recruitment process?'.
After that, she told me a few words about the company and started asking why I am interested. Knowing very little about the company it is difficult to answer this question, but I tried my best to explain.
When I had a chance to ask questions about the company and role, the recruiter was very short on answers. There was no room to actually discuss anything, but rather get 'yes'/'no' answers. It felt like she wanted to wrap up the call as soon as she can. All of the sudden there was a lot of background noise and she was yawning.
Next day I received the standard 'thank you for your time' email. Overall, very poor interview and experience.
