45 minute presentation to a panel of 6 people
Recruiter was initially very nice. Next step was the hiring manager, who got on the call and immediately talked extremely fast and barely gave me the chance to speak until the last 5 minutes. It was very strange. He told me that the entire demand generation team had quit and they needed to build a new team.
The rest of the team members were very nice, but the process was definitely lengthy. The prompt for the presentation was very wide and started out with asking me to present on how I would launch a specific product of theirs in a new geographical area, then went on to explaining my take on how sales and marketing funnels should work together, then my approach to building a demand generation strategy. Probably the most confused and broad interview projects I've seen. The recruiter said the presentation needed to be 45 minutes, but I only got to 30. 5 people were on the call watching it and the hiring manager seemed to be laughing and typing throughout my presentation.
After going through this insanely long process, they ghosted me. I would not recommend this company to any candidate.
